Unwanted Turtl activity

I had problems lately and attribute that to Turtl. Jul 14, 2020 I requested that you delete Turtl
from my Ubuntu 18.04lts software. Turtl complied and sent me a link to delete Turtl. The link had an error and did not work. I tried to confirm my email address (philip.koehnke@gmail.com) and it returned a message that my email address was not registered. So I signed up so I could get help to delete Turtl from my computer. Can you help?
