I have been using Turtl for a couple years, and every so often I add a new text note, and update it for several days (or weeks), and a few times I have reopened Turtl, and things I have been writing for many days are gone.
I would chalk these rare occurrences up to user (my) error, but after many days of opening and editing a note leads me to believe that the notes are being stored and correctly saved on the server end, and then suddenly one day they are basically reverted to a point where I first created them. It couldn’t be anything I have done since I am doing nothing different than I have before, and I am left wondering if there is something wrong on the server end of this program.
I searched for anything like this in the community but didn’t find much. I’d like to know a few things:
- Has anyone else experienced this?
- How could this be possible?
- How can I get the notes I worked so hard on back?
