Message "Error while loading profile"

Hi everybody
I created a new account on Turtl after having deleted my previous one (I migrated my mail from gmail to tutanota). I have imported the json file with my data. It has worked but I received an error message about synchronisation. Now, my account (on my Fedora desktop or on my phone) is unreachable, I received an error message about loading profile every time I try to connect. I reinstalled Turtl after deleted the previous version but the issue remains the same. Any idea ?
