Mac YES, Android NO

Good Morning,
I have my account now since 2 years. It alwas worked fine. But now I have a new phone, the login doesnt require my username but email and no password but a mantra.
And if I enter my current userdata I receive “your account needs to be upgraded…” please create a new account - which doesnt work. What can I do? Can I save/migrate my account?
