Under the settings section, there is an “import & export” option. Exporting will produce a copy of all your notes that you can save to your hard drive. The notes are saved as .json
files, json meaning Java Script Object Notation. It may look like a stream of nonsense when you first open it up, but if you look closely, all the text notes are still in plain text, buried among the other information about which note it belongs to, which user made it, etc.
As per today! The turtleapp is still working, discussion is still going on.
May be I guess the rumours you heard was wrong.
I am not feeling any kind of thing that make me feel like that the turtleapp is going to shut down.
But may be you are right, I also see the same things in another discussion.
So I started backups of my data.
