Export, import bug

Hello
My password didn’t work, so I exported my data, deleted the account, recreated the account, and imported the data. After importing the data, a popup came up saying “importing item…”. So it seemed to work at first, yet no items are actually visible. Furthermore, when I try to login to the account, it says “there was a problem loading your initial profile”. Now, I cannot delete the profile, because I cannot login into it. I have the exported turtl data, but I cannot actually load it. Help! Jamie

I managed to come right by deleting the account and reimporting by overwriting existing data, rather than import by deleting existing data. The latter option seems to cause corruption of some nature.
