Disable registration on self-hosted server

Hi!
I have self-hosted turtl server, and I want to disable ability to register for new users, Is there a way? What for? Somebody who knows entry-point url can register and flood all the diskspace, e.g.

I would guess that you can disable the specific url in reverse-proxy.
