Cant download Turtl because too slow Download speed on Homepage

My internet connection is good ( 2MB / sec )
I want to download Turtl for Windows 64 bit and I cant download it because the speed is 10kb/sec and it takes over 10 hours. After 2 hours it gave me connection error… Please create mirror in Europe or something like that. Can someone reupload this? Thanks in advance!
